YES! Not one, but TWO members from StarsInMyEyes are amongst the final fourteen in the brand new BBC prime time show “So You Think You Can Dance”, presented by Cat Deeley with Nigel Lythgoe and Arlene Phillips on the judging panel.

Dancers from all disciplines, both amateur and professional, participated in nationwide auditions during October 2009 and StarsInMyEyes members Hayley Newton and Yanet Fuentes were amongst them … and are now through to the FINAL 14!
So, a big congratulations to them both and we wish them the VERY BEST OF LUCK over the coming weeks!
After some of the surprise public voting on X Factor (did I say Jedward?!) I guess it shouldn’t really have come as a surprise that the public vote put some of the best of the bunch in the dance off this evening!
But talent won out and Hayley lives to dance another day … it’s a shame Chris got voted off by the judges, but then he and Hayley simply shouldn’t have been in the bottom two in the first place!

Bad week this week … I’ve been so busy I’ve not had a chance to blog and bad for Hayley too … a great shame she didn’t make it through this week after such a strong performance
Public voting is so unpredictable … sometimes I’m surprised, sometimes I’m outright shocked and other times I figure “yeah, I saw that coming” … and I’m afraid this week wasn’t Yanet’s best – a big pity as she has such great potential. But HOW did Drew and Robbie end up in danger?! Madness!!!
